New Mileena Ravenous brutality. My favorite one now lol
I like almost all of Mileena's brutalites so I can't pick a favorite. Ethereal's Rider one is kinda bland, it'd be better if after mounting them, she stabbed them in the face.

But I dunno, there's just something about the simplicity of her Telekick one.

The frame data on hit of low pounce and high pounce has always been wrong. -149 on hit? No wonder why they didn't rewrite it in new patch. I actually had to test to estimate the hit advantage.
I thought its about the recovery?Thats what someone tried to explain me here. And those frame data was not -149 those strange numbers were for her extenders after low or high pounce hit. Hit adv. was and still is 5 and recovery is low pounce 26 and high pounce 31. And those frame data hasnt changed at all. And it is not different after the patch it plays like the same as before. I don't know why people are telling this. IF it has changed it might be less than a frame lol but not even that i think is true.

And the patch notes doesnt even show anything that states that the recovery had changed.

  • Mileena - adjusted several hitboxes to hit more consistently
  • Mileena - Low Slash (down FP) no longer pushes opponents away before the active frames
  • Mileena - increased hit advantage on Rider combo (Away + BP, BP, throw) to 25 (up from -7)
  • Mileena (Piercing) - now goes into a ducking state during Low Sai
  • Mileena (Ravenous) - increased hit advantage on grab specials
  • Mileena (Ravenous) - doing the Quick Taste combo (Away + FP, BP, throw) will now heal her a small amount as she bites
  • Mileena (Ethereal) - Reduced the recovery on Vanish Away & Vanish Towards. Also allows for combos to continue afterwards.
It clearly says HIT ADVANTAGE and not recovery. So, the recovery after a complete pounce didnt change at all. And i am not sure if the hit adv. did change because as i already stated the frame data didnt change it feels exactly the same as before. Also hit adv. would just say that you have more adv. after hitting a pounce and not extending it. Otherwise hit adv. makes no sense as the opponent is in the combo already. But, doing a high/low pounce without extending it feels exactly the same as before, nothing changed.

Yeah - the only thing is that it seems she can run back in and get closer before? Hard to say as I hardly used this as an ender as uppercut is just as effective

So does anyone know the actual requirements for her low pounce Brutality? I have ended both rounds with low pounce and got nothing :(

it said on the youtube video comments to end 1st round with only the 1st part of low pounce where she just does the leapfrog, did u end with that or the full slam into the ground? (just asking cause havnt gone about trying it out for myself yet) be good to set in stone asap how its done

You don't need to do it first round. I did it here in only a one round match. Pretty sure it's about how many command grabs.

You need to end the first round you win with full command Low Pounce and the second round you win with Low Pounce as the grand finale to ensure Brutality. This is easily one of the most funniest and creative brutalities to date :D

I've ended the match with the match with the 1st chain and still got it, I think it's just amount of grabs. Did a quick match, and only did 2 command grabs (the second) being the brutality, and I didn't need to end the first round with it, strange brutality requirements

For the Brutality, end match with low pounce into full extend. And instead of just DD2, press DDD2. Easy. That's all. No other requirements.

Note: You don't HAVE to kill with first hit of low pounce. You can have the winning hit be the arms part and the brutality will still go through as long as you put in the DDD2 part successfully for the Brutality to go through.

I was so stunned the other night when this new Brutality happened out of nowhere.

I was like...you sly little patch you. This one was definitely pro-Mileena. ;)

High/Low Pounce has a slight frame buff on hit advantage--nothing game changing, however. It's not really noticeable unless you're looking for it because of how insignificant of a change it seems to be. A few less recovery frames and nothing more.

The only REAL type of change came from the Rider combo in regards to hit advantage. In my opinion, that was probably done to help out Ethereal since that's the only command type ender it has outside of a standard grab.

NRS killed it with Mileena this patch. I like that they gave her Ravenous variation a true animalistic feel now with the slight health regain off of the b12grab, stoked to see what Ethereal can do! From what I've heard you get some neat combo/mix up potential off of ex fade yeah?

Mix Up game? Yes! Godlike Wake up? Yes! Safety tool? Yes! Combos? Ya, but alittle meter dependent and kinda more on the Yolo let's do some swag combos n burn all the meter. If you want the high 30-40% it's gonna cost like 2-3 bars. From what I've seen anyways.
