So, after the patch, Kit's new d1 doesn't function with Sharpen. She hits with a fan wtf.

I demand a fix. She will still be garbage tier if this stays.

I wouldn't choose her over other characters in a tournament. But yeah I suppose she could do it if you really wanted to.

I dont know how RS mains do it. Without the mask, she looks like a Lena Dunham/Ozzy Osbourne hybrid.

Her win pose in that variation almost always throws me over the edge...

I use RS but wanna try mournful but seems like alot of her midscreen combos need f43 and i struggle with that online

I main RS and this is the scene I think about EVERY time I see her face in that win pose...

Luckily she has some brutalities to combo into, so it's easy to go that route instead

Explain what you're basing this on. Watching them play other bad players? Please explain specifically what tools you think she had that made her A tier. Because fundamentally Kitana was an awful character.

23% full screen 1bar unbreakable
35% of a fullscreen projectile.
50% corner combo(might have been 47% before patch, haven't read full patch note)
I don't know what the air flying ass move is but her air mixups with the fan and that move to run away like omg. I just think she took time to get good with but by no means was she low tier.

Better zoning, just off the top of my head (Jacqui, Jax, Johnny Cage, Quan Cheezie, Lui Kang, Kung Lao) Kitana's zoning isnt nearly as strong as it has been in previous games due to the run and multiple teleport mechanics.

Having strong combos doesn't make a character viable if they are unsafe and unable to open opponents up, which Kitana could not do too well until now.
