Initial thoughts: Honestly think it is the weakest record since Alaska. It has some cool songs and parts but is also very repetitive at points. I also didnt think the concept was as cool as Parallax.

Theses songs were all really great IMO:
Famine Wolf
Ectopic Scroll
Turn on the Darkness
Life in Velvet(was a good way to wrap up the album)

The rest of the songs were pretty good but nothing really stood out to me. Hoping it grows on me over time.

This is the band I've been listening to recently. Its genre-bending as usual but mathcore enough to warrant a post in this thread.

Tbh I like it more than monolith of inhumanity. One of the better grind/death metal albums i've heard recently.

Still haven't properly listened to it, but it seems to take a bit from their older stuff too, really liking it.
