It doesn't have armor anymore, so reacting will only make you spend a bar because you can't trade with it anymore.

But what i'm i talking about right?

I think he meant J3 Teleport, if you can react with that you golden, but you are right when you say it does have problems and we must also take into account that you cant J3 teleport out of every situation, but you can do it on a lot of them. Also can we talk about why scorpions get hit with pokes and instead of seeing that they got hit and blocking they are just mashing teleport. I wonder what goes through there minds...it must be something like "LOL I hope you just confirmed that poke, or Fuck your poke mix up attempt, I dont get tired!!!!" Or they see it and think this

As someone who plays against Scorpion, rather than as him, I'd say his weakness is lack of range.
His D4 is ok, but nothing special. Other than that, he's left with pretty much nothing.

Scorpion is 100% fine where he is imo. He's not crazy stupid but he's really good. Asking for buffs is ridiculous lol.

If they were going to nerf him though, I'd say just slightly reduce the chip damage on 214 and EX Fireball.

Quit your bitching. Scorpion is easioy a top 5 char and maybe even top 3. He has answers for everything and inferno has 50 50 vortexes and 50 50 zoning which can lead to full combo. I see no reason to giive him more damage off his b2 or whatever else the complaints are.

They should rebalance this char if anything or work on some of the chars that have legit problems first. Whoever thought giving this char a safe teleport on top of that shit was a good idea needs smacked

B2 damage scaling sucks and it hurts the overall damage of Ninjitsu. However, F2 is still a GDLK tool.

Characters who can't punish F2 can really take a beating from Ninjitsu Scorpion.

but yea eddy this thread is walking the lines of being a bit much
complaining that a laucher that covers ALOT of space scales heavy and is unsafe is a bit odd to me.
and i think scorpion is fine with mids, b1 is decent, anything high after 214fbrc becomes a mid anyway

with the point of most scorpions going to hellfire, while inferno antizoning low grab is one of the best trade moves in the game and with alot of people feeling ninjutsu is the worst of the 3, hellfire main draw point to me personally is the meter building it gets, meter in this game is so important

I didn't see one complaint about hellfire , which Is VERY potentially top 5 , if you disagree it's because you haven't played one at the highest level.

Going back to the OP, the reason why no one is talking about his problems and are instead focusing on everything that makes him good is because the things that make him good outweigh the minor things that he's lacking. By Alot.

I disagree with the point that he's not that stupid. He's pretty fucking stupid.

Ninjutsu B2 is a major part of his game, the damage protetion doesn't even need to be removed, the move itself just needed to do more damage 2% more and i think it would be fine.

after reading this in addition to the b2 complaint, I found the extra courage to speed up the process by dragging the razor across my other wrist.
If it's not too much to ask, could you possibly help me since all the blood in one arm is gone and I'd really like to speed up the process

That's the one thing I noticed. Haven't played vs him much, but labbed him a bit, and outside of Ninjutsu b2/f2, there wasn't much in terms of range.

I think that's fine.

Ninjitsu has all the range though, that's what it's for.

Imo scorpion has one of the best d4's in mkx Which is universal between variations. Hellfire he gains f2 overhead that has range that is good enough imo and f3 fbc whatevet. Not to mention a way to force people to move with hellfire and fb cancel to bait movement/jumps.

I can agree that in hellfire and inferno his range isn't his best trait but he doesn't really need it. Ninjitsu has got that shit on lock.

Have you seen half the cast that isn't even being played because things like Scorpion exist? Scorpion doesn't need anything right now man, give the buffs to the people lower on the tier list. They SHOULD be prioritized.

Yes, let's buff all the top tier characters by eliminating the few weaknesses that they do have! Meanwhile, characters who actually need buffs continue to get anally annihilated by brain-dead characters like these.

He has to deal with pressure fundamentally, which is his biggest weakness.

I literally laughed out loud at this one. You can easily block that Overhead/Low Demon BS. It's not like we're talking Quan's Low Bat/Overhead sword mixup.

I actually agree with this...

The down cancel TP can be punished if read...

You gotta level up bro.

Weaker variations should get some love, but hellfire being that good puts scorpion very low on the priority list. It's the same as subzero players asking for cryomancer or unbreakable buffs.
