Well, using Takeda to prove a point in this situation is very convenient to say in the least.

And he has other variations to be used as well, maybe they plan on buffing unbreakable and cryomancer in the future to shift some power, but, if the clone is not very effective in the moment, people could start toying with the other two a little bit more.
 
I dont mind NRS correcting frame data, altering damage scaling a bit for some characters, and generally fixing actual glitches and bugs. But I think its way too early to be nerfing character's tools into the ground. For me, the Summoner Quan Chi and Ice clone nerfs are too much, too soon. I dont play Quan or Sub, but I feel like the competitive meta has to be allowed more time to progress and evolve before drastic changes like those are made. That clip of Takeda B2 1 string making Ice clone disappear makes me REALLY sad. Let the characters live for at least one or two more majors

Clone going away on block means that some characters get a blocked jump in punch into pressure or a 50/50 after certain clone cancels. Normally the jump in would be blocked and the clone freezes them, not anymore. It's a BIG nerf because some characters will get free 50/50 attempts and will never need to use bar. This also allows them to save meter for combos, to get up, or breaker.

Sub gets a BIG nerf and Quan Chi gets a ONE second cool down on bat so he is literally the same.

In this community crying gets better results then learning.
Cant you just backdash, then they'd land in the clone
 
Cassie got nerfed harder than it appears. Not only did she lose her corner damage, but F34 is now -8 (down from 0 or +1, can't remember which).

Are subs anti airs that bad? Why cant he just back dash and hit people back into the clone?
Clone cancel recovery. Plus in instances where characters can poke through the clone. (Kung Jin) they can poke out a block and remove the clone from play.

The only safe move into clone for Sub-Zero is F4 clone. He can be punished from anything else. F4 clone is his ONLY safe clone cancel.

A large amount of air moves in this game cannot be anti aired unless you have a good armoured move

His S1 is mediocre at best as an AA and EX ice burst is 20% dmg for a bar and the point is that the clone loses its basic function, someone like KL can freely jump at you

Him "just backdash"ing means that because of this ridiculous nerf he has to read a jump even when the clone is out because the clone DOESNT FUNCTION THE WAY IT SHOULD
KL can't just jump the clone. I've already tested it.
