Nobody wants MK9's Kenshi bruh.... people are asking for a few tweaks, to make him viable.... he has a ton of combos, most of them are useless, and another thing, can you imagine how EVO is gonna be this year... KJ, KJ, KJ, oh hey a Quan player... KJ, KJ, KJ, KJ..... nobody wants that.... lol

Seriously, until NR decides to release the DLC hostages, I'm going to work Kenshi like the manwhore he is.

So..I've used Kenshi for a whopping 2 minutes with his Kenjutsu variation and half of his moves I'm wondering wtf their purpose is. Is...this what you guys were talking about?

partially yes, i dont have much experience with kenjitsu though, I use balanced

I sent a request. This is actually pretty painful to look at btw. I'm not hopping on any bandwagon or anything, but Kenjutsu has an entire combo unique to it's variation that's -11 on hit. EX specials that all put him too far to follow up. And big dumb attacks that lead into nothing.

And this is ust my first glance. I've read all 8 pages of Kenshi is bad and I'm not seeing ANY evidence to disagree as far as Kenjutsu goes. Balanced seems to be great pretty okay off the bat, but dear lord these normals are making me reconsider XD

Yeeeaaaah now you see why a lot of kenshi mains jumped ship XD will balanced is just as bad in its own way, I will teach you later about it's strength and weaknesses. Notice how there is no plural on strength

I'm looking into a different way to play him, but like it was mentioned before, he just gets blown up to rushdown or any offensive really. Unless he armors through. He can push himself out of harms way easily enough but then what?

Dancing at max range and waiting for a B3 or B1 into HKD for 15-20% annoyance won me a match online at th every least.

As you can see kenshi has many many problems

you're right. if you're using balanced, I'd like to suggest if someone is rushing you or being really offensive, armor rising karma is really good and can lead to 29 percent damage (Armor rising karma, F32 into telefury). I always save meter for this and play defensively, and it works pretty good.

It was on stream but it's gone now because of the 2 hour thing. It was just that I didn't have enough life to block and teleported right when blackula threw out ex telefury and the telefury tracked my teleport and came out of the screen behind kenshi. My hopes and dreams were destroyed.
