We all had expectations about who we would use prior to the game came out. I have noticed that many people have been surprised that their predicted main has changed now that the game has come out.

What character/s (if any) did you think you would main prior to release that you are not?

For me it is Cassie. I thought I would definitely would use her, but I found her way too hard to use for my play style!

Ermac. I thought I would use him, but then I started playing a lot of UMK3 before MKX came out and I liked Reptile's play style more, so I picked up Reptile day 1.

Its Cassie Cage. I really want to play that chick. I really do. And i dropped Scorpion cause all i got was hate mail and he should be nerfed crap. :/
But ive loved Scorpion since his cheap ghetto ass outfit in the classics.

Kenshi. I use him as my pocket character. He was so tight in MK9, and he's pretty tight in MKX, but I love Kung Lao's mobility. I can't live without my dive kick and EX tele.

Shinnok. I was all set on using him because no Shang Tsung but... I tried, I really tried to make it work but he is, in my opinion, completely terrible and one of the worst characters in the game. No fun to play at all.
