Didn't you have a hitbox at one point? The ones with ps360+ work without the time out as a legacy controller if you hold down 1 as you plug it in. If it's a ps3 specific hitbox it should just plug in as a legacy controller.

That could serve you well until you get a converter.

Oh wow! I thought it was my execution level! While I don't agree that the d-pad is hot shit, there are much better (and less stress-inducing) options for MKX. Like keeping the ds4 and plugging in my HitBox

I still jump like an idiot but at least I "meant to do that"

i have this problem with all Xbox pads, the PS3 and PS4 pad.. this is why i cant stop using my arcade sticks even though i would love to not use it any longer. im sick of having to stand and play :/

I bought the Hori FPS pad and while it's not bad, the DS4 is beating it by miles. Much more responsive.

The FC4 might be better than the FPS pad, though -- who knows.

I love the PS4 pad. It's probably my favorite pad of all time. Every combo I drop is my fault. I absolutely detest the Xbox pad because the fatness of the dpad screws up all of my motions. I love PS4 pad's precise arrow keys.

i had some issues with it but for some reason i am more comfortable on stick with mkx. i have never liked using stick for mortal kombat, but it feels amazing with mkx.

@Pig Of The Hut , you could try the MKX PDP Fight Pad. The d-pad was pretty awesome....but there were other issues. There's no select button making it impossible to reset positionment in practice mode. I was sad because I liked the pad, but that one little issue made me return it.

If you get it and dont like it, just go pick it up and unbox is carefully so that you can return it looking like it was never opened. Worked for me.

As you may have realized, many controllers such as the PDP MKX Pad, MadCatz TE2 and Hori RAP4 (not Kai) lack a touchpad. The way to reset training mode back to default positions is pushing this touchpad button.

However, there is another way!

Perform these steps:

1. Go to Options at the Main Menu
2. Enter Gameplay Options
3. Set Pause Delay to ON (This requires you to hold the Options button to pause the game)

Now when you are in training mode, you can double tap the Options button reset training mode.

Have fun in the lab everyone.

Been playing on DS4 pads since they came out, never once had this problem playing BlazBlue or Guilty Gear but I can see how if you slide for inputs it can cause some problems in NRS games

ive been having problems trying to go under zoning and punish with a slide(sub zero) and instead i get a jump back 3 but in INJ doing bf motions was never a problem so idk (this happens online and offline for me)

@Pig Of The Hut to be honest i got a new ps4 pad so i think the problem is i didnt break it in enough on the other used pad i have bf motions are not a problem i think u need to break it in i just realized after using my used one......but still this never happened on INJ even i was new with it so still its weird
