Mr. Mileena

Mileena's D+1 range isn't that great obviously, nor is it her best poke, but when certain characters Stand block, her D+1 completly whiffs, no matter how close you walk up and d+1. In the corner, it is completely inconsistent, and sometimes hits, but anywhere outside of the corner, it will whiff 100%. Just wanted to bring attention to you all when facing certain characters in which her D+1 is affected. D3 is obviously the better poke.
Not saying it is a bug or glitch, this seems to be (maybe??) the block animation (in which the way opponent stands, usually the ones leaning back). and is probably due to her bad reach as well. In the following matchups, you definitely want to stay away from D+1. D3 is the better poke for mileena anyway. Just some food for thought.
