Combo List - D'Vorah D'Vorah Combo Thread

Does anyone else find it hard to cancel her ex df1 in strings? I dunno the only way it'll work for me is if I input it as fast as possible unlike the normal version that comes out as most cancelled specials.
Yea ive been having trouble canceling into df1 off of f11 not really sure why its so hard to do
 
thanks for the combos so far everyone. im playing Venomous so i was wondering if there are any special combos i can do in this stance? i dig the chip damage

All of my Combos are in the Swarm Queen stance:

BnB: 34%

Vortex Starter(works anywhere): 29%

All of these combos are easy to do with practice so they should be online safe for right now. I will practice some more combos with bug cancelling and look for some wall optimization combos after I get back from work.

Using Venomous and these combos~

11b2, d3, f112 xx db4 (21%+ poison)
11b2 f44 xx db4 does ~1% (more dmg overall but on whiff you are fucked, so I like to use d3 instead. The d3 f112 variant has a loooot of corner carry too which is good.)

212 f34 d3 f112 xx db4 (28% + poison)

f44 f34 f44 d3 f44 xx db4 (34%+ poison) skipping the d3 still results in more dmg than the air throw variant.

f34 > d3 is a but wonky at times, but still a lot safer to drop than f34 > f44.

we have found some technical bug dash cancel combos that make this character a high/low threat (and buff her bnb damage a little bit)

and we figured out you can only do one bug dash cancel per combo heh.

here is a low combo, b1 dash cancel is slightly + on block
b1 df1~dashblock 11b2 f44 f112 db4 (27%)

midscreen 1 meter
f11 df1+block jiP f44 f44 df1~dashblock 1 f44 db4 (45%) (1 meter)

overhead dash cancel
f22 df1~dashblock 212 db1 f44 f44 db4 (34%) (meterless)

corner 1 meter
f11 df1+block (back up) jiP f44 1 f44 1 21u3 d1+3 (48%) (1 meter)

can substitute 21u3 d1+3 with f44 db4 for 46%, better knockdown advantage

I am sooo sad that I have to wait til June 2 to get the game, so with that being said, how is the venomous variation?

@EGP Wonder_Chef Saw your bug cancel combos in SQ but didn't manage to do them myself is there any tip you can share? Feels like Sindel's 2 scream cancel to extend combos in mk9. Does that work with her bug cancel in BM? Here are the videos
How do you get the grenade cancel to work? whenever I do it the 212 after doesn't count as in the same combo so I guess I'm doing it too slow? Also does anyone mind typing out the inputs for those videos? I'm kind of lost as to whats going on in the F11 combo right after the jump in after the ex grenade.

The BNB I've been using is F11, since its a great whiff punisher.

F11xxMB-DF1, jump over 1, 212xxdb1, nj2, f34 1+2

I believe this is about 40%

Also, I'm working on getting better at bug cancels. With these, you can convert from almost anything. You can go in with her F22 overhead, cancel into 212 swarm, and get a decent bnb after a mix-up, maybe even end a combo with mb grab and reset the situation.

At the moment, Swam Queen is my go to variation.

Anyone have tips on timing the bug cancel dash? I can't consistenly land the run cancel after df1 and its driving me nuts. I don't know how to properly input it.
Here's a tip. If you use a normal, for example F11. Be sure that you give the dash proper time to come out before you bring out the bug, and then give the bug proper time to come out before you dash run out of it. The moment you press a different combination of buttons, it will cancel out the last, leaving you with nothing.

Best thing to do here is just practice the timing. Otherwise, you can do so much with it on hit.

It is a run cancel as soon as you see the bug run cancel into 212. It's pretty tight but keep practicing it. It's easier to practice off her f4

F44 F44 run xx throw meterless 32%, the good thing being that you may choose in which way your opponent goes.
 
I noticed a weird thing:
F44 run xx F44 F112 xx DB4 is 34%
F44 xx wasp grenade xx run xx F44 F112 xx DB4 is 32% o.0
Overhead kombo: F22 xx wasp grenade xx 11B2 112 xx DB4 22%

You have got to cancel the wasp granade: it's F22 xx wasp grenade xx 11B2 112 xx DB4 not F22 xx wasp grenade 11B2 112 xx DB4.
Sorry, I must admit it wasn't very clear as I wrote it :(

EDIT: F22 xx wasp grenade xx 11B2 F44 F112 xx DB4 does 28% 0.o !
If I find the time I'll try making a video :)

I did a variation of this combo only i switched the ender to f.112xx.Stinger for consistency purposes. The combo loses 2% though.

Thansk! I'm getting it here and there but its definitely tough for a noob like me, lot of inputs really quick. I think I'll get the hang of it with practice though so gonna keep at it.

I ended up switching my button config to make it easier to pull off. My buttons on stick look like this now:

1 2 Block
3 4 Throw

This way it keeps all my fingers on the top row of buttons to do the hard parts of the combo.
