i can't figure out how the fuck to cancel njp's into air teleports in impostor... i fucking blow at execution

or whoops bad wording, i mean air normals -> air tp -> njp, my negative edge is stomping me
 
So..probably useless, but:

EX hells sparks(4th hit), teleport, nj2 combos.

You need to do teleport REALLY fast. It is absolutely possible to do it TOO fast (to where nj2 doesn't actually come out before hitting the ground), but that's happened maybe once for every 20 times i'm just too slow.

Anyways food for thought. I'll see what else I can find.

@bloodsport It's really tight timing. You just need to practice. I've been trying it for the past 15 min and just finally landed one. The thing that made it for me was realizing that you can "cancel" the j1, so start inputting the teleport so you'll cancel the moment you touch the opponent. Other than that the only other trick is making sure you get the 4th hit on the hells sparks.

Don't bother you get 1% more damage and you can't do it from all of his strings. Use dash NJP F22 Special

Imposter seems like the only variation where you can get some real damage off just 1 bar of meter. I wish Shinnok had an overhead starter though, since using one in conjunction with the move steal attack would make for great mixup/vortex possibilities.

That's because you can grab combo extenders moves. The problem is that imposter isn't safe on block not too fast and it puts them at neutral so they can block your first attack.

Even without the extender, you're still pulling over 40% damage with Shinnok's base move set alone because of that big damage boost you get from stealing moves.

njp/teleport 2 ji2 f22 hellsparks/mimicry. dont have the game in front of me so i dont remember how much it does but iirc it did around 20%

jip, b3 1 d2 xx db2 mb (last one), dash, njp, f2 xx bf 3 = 30%

I know this isn't anything special, but the string is a mixup. jip is overhead, b3 is low, b3 1 d2 is low to overhead. So you can cancel the b3 or 1 into low scoop for the overhead low mixup. I posted this combo because this is the string you'll be using a lot with Boneshaper Shinnok.
 
Doesn't work on some characters. Like Goro, second hit of BF3 whifs
Hmm right you are. Know anyone else it doesn't work on? I'd heard there were female/male only combos, so i did some tests on kung, jax, cassie, and jacqui and it was all good and assumed it'd work for the cast.

That said the "universal" was more because it can be done with any style.
