Aren't there two types of cancel advantage though, on block and on hit.
You are correct, sir.Aren't there two types of cancel advantage though, on block and on hit.
Yes That's a bit unclear.Aren't there two types of cancel advantage though, on block and on hit.
I hate optimists like you, always trying to cramp our pessimists style. No kidding. It's at least giving us a glimpse of what kinda of frame data we'll get to see.
Well, you may hate me, Pecka, but I love you!I hate optimists like you, always trying to cramp our pessimists style.
I'd imagine it's referring to cancel advantage on hit, so as to signify which special moves can combo into it.Yes That's a bit unclear.
Assuming that 25% ratio is universally applicable to all moves, unbreakable sub zero becomes that much more appealing.Something I don't see anyone mentioning...
Move on hit does 3%, on block it does 0.75%.
For those whom might not be the best at math, that means the move does 25% of its total damage on block.
If we take it into contrast, in Injustice a 4% damage move would do 0.10% on block. Thats 2.5% total damage on block.
Moves in MKX will be about 10x more damaging on block than in injustice, but from what I can tell, will be a bit lower than MK9.
NRS, trying to keep up with the big boys, one step at a time.Aren't there two types of cancel advantage though, on block and on hit.
Yeah, you're completely right. In MK9 a 5% move on hit would roughly do 2% on block, so approximately 40% of its total damage. MK9 rounds to the nearest whole number though, which is annoying.Something I don't see anyone mentioning...

For the most part it was reliable, with some errors. How accurate was the data in Injustice? Any glaring errors or was it reliable?
I don't think that's how it works, a move can be +30 cancel advantage on hit but not link into the special, example, kung Laos d4 into spin. It doesn't illustrate that, hit advantage does not illustrate combos, just frame advantage. It's more likely on block imo. Because people wanted to know things like whether 112 trait with batman was es capable in block if you b23ed afterI'd imagine it's referring to cancel advantage on hit, so as to signify which special moves can combo into it.
