In all seriousness though, someone tell me if they can come to pick me up but only if what happens next occurs. Whichever kind soul does though, could they explain to my parents what this event is about and a little about what occurs there? I know I asking alot and I sorry if I come out as silly, but this will probely be the only way I can go, and If someone is here to explain, it would be better than me trying to explain the millionth time to them.

I would be willing to talk to them on the phone, but I don't know if people would be willing to drive all the way to you just to have them potentially say no.

I live with my father, but you're 24 too right? I don't understand how you let your parents control you at that age.

Saying a word like that is relative so technically you're not lying.

Also, just go out to someplace in Long Beach and get picked up from there, that way they won't see you leave. It's not that komplicated.

The best way to avoid explaining stuff is to be as vague as possible, and if they're particularly demanding then you just need to start konditioning them with smaller things like going out to the liquor store (even if you don't really want/have to go) until they eventually stop asking.

Like any training, it just takes persistence. Also, when you leave, don't make a big deal about it, just walk out naturally. They kan smell your fear otherwise.
