How about instead of that, Khrome transformed into Johnny's form then slept with Sonya. Khrome kills Kano, then splits himself into two Kromes assuming the form of Kano and Johnny. What do you guys think?

It's indeed too big for a female, but kinda small for a male too.
Also, can you see there is not any pants above the boot? and even if there is one, it's probably a tight spandex type.

Maybe it's Fabulous Khrome. I don't know

this is my guess. after quan chi, the next in order I think are Reiko, Ashrah, Sheeva,the 4th could be anyone, and the last I bet is Fujin.

I thought the exact same thing since the Quan reveal mentioned him reviving falled Earthrealm warriors.

Besides Jax and Kabal I think the other boots are a bit too ambiguous to say right now.
