Funnier yet, what if he was 360 exclusive?

Spawn won't be in Injustice. There is not even the slightest chance. Why?

1) NRS already said that this is a strict DC fighter and that no characters from different universes will make an appearance.

2) Spawn is from the Image Comics and Image used to belong to Marvel Comics (I'm not sure if they still do, because of the Disney story).
Due to copyright-issues you shouldn't expect Spawn to make it into Injustice.

Oh and the biggest - out of the context names - you can expect in Injustice, IF AT ALL ... would be for example Dr. Manhattan, since the Watchmen belong to DC comics, John Constantine would be a possible pick as well and Midnighter and Apollo would be a pick as well, since they used to belong to Vertigo, a daughter company of DC but are now in the DC universe.

or you could enter a room, pick a name, hope he's not retarded, find out he is retarded, do it again, etc. until you find someone you like, friend them, play them again.... all of which can be handled by a ranked style matchmaking system. this is the way TTT2 and SF and KOF all work. finding contacts to fill my lists has never been an issue.

Or you could play with people you know/are known to be decent to good?
