        I believe that PL said that NRS confirmed that the F4 reset was removed. Not sure what properties changed though.

        at WB Tom Brady told us that they removed it by making f4 not-special cancellable. Specifically, he said it isn't cancellable into ANYTHING which would eliminate many combo ending set ups. I want verification on this.

        I don't see why they would eliminate all special cancels off of f4 and not just SB. That's a nasty and unnecessary nerf.

        That would be a horrible, half-assed way to remove it...so you wouldn't be able to throw an ex bomb to get the untechable 10% or use the invisible + whiff tele ender to setup more pressure??
