not saying it makes raka good,just saying it makes him viable,ofc hes bottom 5 for a reason

someone not knowing how to fight someone doesnt make them viable though

for a short while,yes.i don't think a few hours worth of casuals could give enough MU xp to someone in a tournament,once people know how to play against him, i agree that he's not very good.
