Yeah im at work so I can't check. Just curious as to how minus of a move your opponent would need to use in order to punish with s4

May not be his most common punish, that's a given. I def remember testing it as a meterless combo punish for Mileena's Rolls, Cassie's regular Flip Kick and Scorp's Teleports. (Random, I know)

Seems, to me, like a great meterless combo punish for very unsafe moves like those, that leave the opponent right in your grill. Ex. Smoke's own Tele, Raiden's superman, Ermac's Tele.
F43-EX Tele is the metered punish I like the most.

Smoke seems like that character where not a lot of people will play him, but someone will put the full amount of effort into him, show up, and turn some heads.

midscreen pretty much all his clone cancels are safe, he can block in time to reversal teleport. and in the corner well.. you can whiff punish b2 if you phase backwards but he has other options I haven't tried out yet.

It may work the first time but they can adapt to be more safe. bomb is pretty useless
