DISCLAIMER

Hey guys I have bad news.

NO ONE ORDER THIS

I was able to get my hand on a 2nd Ps4 Pad.

When there are 2 separate Ps4 pads connected and the converter plugged in. The converter fights for the profile.

So throughout a match as buttons are being pressed, the profile log in page consistently comes up.

Sorry everyone, didnt get to test this prior. Didnt hear anything about this before and didnt see any reason why it wouldn't work as I played with @@Jer with his Qanba stick plugged in with 2 seperate PS4 pads plugged in.

This sucks.

Guess I should close the thread?

yes it is lagless.

As for this being banned, I have no idea. I am only a TO in Montreal. I would not ban this.
It is up to the TO

Thanks =]
The only way i could see this being banned is if it causes lag on the other persons side. Which im assuming it does not since your playing with it. The other issue would be the need for a ps4 pad. But Stick players need one as well. So there does not seem to be a reason atm why the converter should be banned.

Yea exactly. For @Jer to even be able to play with me on PS4 he had to buy a ps4 pad for his qanba stick to sync to just like with this converter.
So if TO's will let all the players use legacy sticks, they need to use PS4 pads. So if they can use them, we should be allowed as well.

This is amazing! My only concern is that it seems to be synced in the same way that PS3 sticks sync to the PS4 which may or may not be banned from tournaments because the need of a wireless PS4 pad can potentially cause sync/desync problems.

The thing is if you ban it then how are people going to play on PS4. If they switch to Xbone you still have to disconnect controllers. The solution is to set up a disconnection station so you dont get issues. And if people do not disconnect their controller and it messes up a match then DQ that person.

Well they could potentially make it a requirement to have a PS4 arcade stick.

Can you get around this with a USB hub and a wired pad? Pretty sure I remember someone mentioning the workaround.

I forgot PS4 had the Wired PDP pads. But i seems noone wants to use tem. I dont know if PS4 has Wired controllers that are not third party.

What's a Smarrgasm?
The main problem is the need for a wireless controller plugged in. If there is a way to use a PS4 controller that has the battery out with a USB splitter and it will still work then EVO may be fine with it.

@zaf you havent had any problems playing against people with this at all right?

Im tagging TO's on twitter asking them about this and they seem a little skeptical right now. We also need to test a way to make it where the wireless controller isnt needed or this is useless for EVO.
